Upon confirming your order, you will receive your online invoice via email.

WARRANTY PERIOD
When purchased from PROPHYLAXE Ehrlich e.K., products are warranted free from defect in material and workmanship
for 24 months from the PROPHYLAXE Ehrlich e.K. invoice date.
This covers parts and labour performed by PROPHYLAXE Ehrlich e.K. to replace such product.

RESTRICTIONS
Product replacements will not be issued if one of the following conditions exist:
-Product is no longer covered under PROPHYLAXE Ehrlich e.K. warranty period.
-Manufacturer serial label is tampered with or removed from product.
-Product serial number fails to match that of the RMA Form.
-Faulty product passes all diagnostic tests.
-Product has been tampered with.
